  • 6 pork cutlets
  • 1 beaten egg
  • crushed crackers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Dip pork cutlets in beaten egg and roll in cracker crumbs. Brown the cutlets in shortening in skillet.

    Put into baking dish, adding a bit of the shortening and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 300° to 325°.
