  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic

    Rinse pork loin and trim off excess fat.
