- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 packages mix peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can jumbo biscuits
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Cook meat until it is brown and then add the mix peppers; cook until peppers are soft

2Take the biscuits and roll them out making a circle; add some ranch, then cheese top with a little meat mixture

3Fold one half over sealing all sides with a fork and repeat the steps until all empanadas are made

4Take a cookie sheet, cover in foil and place empanadas on it; bake at 350F for 15mins or until biscuits are golden brown

5Serve and done; garnish with parsley and cheese
