Pork empanadas

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 packages mix peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can jumbo biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Cook meat until it is brown and then add the mix peppers; cook until peppers are soft

    Take the biscuits and roll them out making a circle; add some ranch, then cheese top with a little meat mixture

    Fold one half over sealing all sides with a fork and repeat the steps until all empanadas are made

    Take a cookie sheet, cover in foil and place empanadas on it; bake at 350F for 15mins or until biscuits are golden brown

    Serve and done; garnish with parsley and cheese
