  • 1/2 c. finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. frozen tiny English peas, thawed
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
