- 1/2 lb. lean pork
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. rice (Minute)
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Cook rice (5 minutes direct); set aside.

2Heat oil in frypan; add garlic and pork.

3Cook until browned;

4add onions and saute. Add rice, pepper and soy sauce; cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Beat eggs and add; cook 1 minute and stir up.
