- 3 pork loin chops, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb. white rice, cook day before and refrigerate
- 1/2 pkg. cole slaw mix
- onion powder
- soy sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. oil or less
Directions

1In Dutch oven, cook pork chops in oil and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Remove and set aside.

2Fry rice in remaining liquid.

3Add more soy sauce slowly until light brown in color.

4Put pork on top of rice and set aside.

5Put more soy sauce in deep pan and saute coleslaw and onion powder.

6Scramble eggs loosely.

7Remove and chop.

8Mix all together.

9Serve with duck sauce and sweet and sour sauce.

10Recipe may be doubled, except for eggs.
