  • 1 1/4 lbs boneless pork butt, cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
  • 1 packet beef and onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours until pork is tender.

    Stir in sour cream and dill.
