- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 packet beef and onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.

2Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours until pork is tender.

3Stir in sour cream and dill.
