Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- chung-cho (salted turnip), chopped
- a few sprigs of Chinese parsley, chopped
- 3-4 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3-4 Tbsp. shoyu
- wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Add all ingredients together except the wrappers.

2Do not mix too long, just enough to combine the ingredients.

3Add one tablespoon of filling to the center of each wrapper and bring edges up, forming a cup.

4Coat bottom and sides with a little vegetable oil so they don't stick to the steaming pan.

5Place in pan and steam for about 30-45 minutes.

6I use my rice cooker to steam the pork hash!
