Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pork steaks (can be cut up smaller)
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 to 5 large carrots (large slices)
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Directions

    Brown cut up pork; salt and pepper.

    Place in Dutch oven or casserole.
  3. 3
    Add chopped onion, sliced carrots and sliced potatoes. Heat soups, adding enough Cheez Whiz to have an orange color. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bake in slow oven, 275°, for about 3 hours.
