  • 1 k. pork liempo
  • 1/2 c. Del Monte vinegar
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 medium size onions, raw, coarsely chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Boil pork liempo, in 2 cups water and some salt.

    Cook until liempo is tender and skin easily peels off.

    While hot, cut liempo into cubes.
  4. 4
    Place in a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped raw onions.

    Serve immediately.
