- 1 k. pork liempo
- 1/2 c. Del Monte vinegar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 medium size onions, raw, coarsely chopped
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil pork liempo, in 2 cups water and some salt.

2Cook until liempo is tender and skin easily peels off.

3While hot, cut liempo into cubes.

4Place in a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped raw onions.

5Serve immediately.
