  • 1 large can sauerkraut
  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced thick
  • 3 medium yellow onions, sliced
  • 6 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • salt
  • pepper

    Peel and slice carrots lengthwise.
