- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lb. pork cutlets
- 2 medium red apples, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. Knorr mix for sauerbraten
Directions

1In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

2Add pork cutlets, half at a time.

3Cook until browned and remove.

4Add apples; saute 1 minute.

5Stir in water and sauerbraten mix. Stirring constantly, bring to boil.

6Return pork to skillet. Reduce heat.

7Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until pork is tender.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
