- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground pork
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 medium ground pepper
Directions

1Brown ground pork.

2Add Parmesan cheese, salt, seasoning, garlic salt and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

3Remove bread from inside of halved loaves.

4Leave 1/2-inch shell.

5Spread bread halves with pizza sauce, reserving 1/4 to 1/2 cup.

6Place meat on bread and sauce; spread with reserved sauce.

7Place onion, mushrooms and ground pepper in layers on top of meat.

8Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

9Place on cookie sheet in oven; bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
