- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seed ground
- 1 1/2 tablespoons spanish paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon dried basil each of, oregano, rosemary & thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions

1Add all ingredients to a container with a sealing top.

2With the top tightly on the container, vigorously shake the container for 30-60 seconds.

3Let sit for 15 minutes or longer before using so all of the flavors can fuse.

4Use liberal amounts on all forms of pork. I can usually season 3 - 4 slabs of baby back or St. Louis style ribs.
