Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seed ground
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons spanish paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil each of, oregano, rosemary & thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

    Add all ingredients to a container with a sealing top.

    With the top tightly on the container, vigorously shake the container for 30-60 seconds.

    Let sit for 15 minutes or longer before using so all of the flavors can fuse.

    Use liberal amounts on all forms of pork. I can usually season 3 - 4 slabs of baby back or St. Louis style ribs.
