- 2 to 3 lb. pork roast
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all seasoning and rub over surface of roast.

2Pour 1 cup of hot water in roast pan and cover roast in pan.

3Cook until tender and fork comes out clean.

4Remove roast from oven and let stand 10 to 20 minutes before slicing.

5Cook at 325° for 1 hour.
