  • 10 lb. pork ham
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic

    Before pouring gravy over roast, remove fat in bottom of pan. Remove roast from pan and let cool before slicing.
