  • 1 (4 1/2 lb.) pork rib roast
  • 1 c. mixed dried fruit
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Make slits in the roast. Place some fruit in each slit. In a bowl, combine the water, honey, soup mix, ketchup and lemon juice. Mix well. Place roast fat side up in a roasting pan. Pour mixture over top. Cover and bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours.
