- 1 (5 lb.) pork roast
- 1 bag baby cut carrots
- 12 md. potatoes, cubed
- 2 packets onion soup mix
- 3 cans cream of mushroom
- 1-1/2 can water (use cream of mushroom can)
Directions

1Place pork roast, carrots and potatoes into an oven roaster (or a big pan for the convectional oven).

2Whisk together onion soup mix packets (do not prepare them according to the box) with the cans of cream of mushroom and the water.

3Pour over the pork roast and vegetables.

4Cook at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
