  • 7 lb pork butt roast
  • 10 pearl onions
  • 3/4 cup skunks butt rub (see recipe)
  • 3 celery stalks washed and chopped
  • 3 very long carrots chopped diagonal
  • 1 small onion sliced thinly
  • 6 small sweet multi colored sweet peppers
  • 1 cup water

    preheat oven 375F Fahrenheit

    slit the butt with a knife poke pearl onions into holes both sides put butt rub on non fat side of butt

    fat side up poke pearl onions into slits there and put rub on
  4. 4
    add vegetables all around butt add onions on top cover add bake 6 hours or done
