- dried red pepper

- sage
- vinegar

Directions

1Place roast in pan.

2Add a small piece of dried red pepper, salt to taste and a pinch of sage.

3Cover with water; place on top of stove and cook on medium heat until done.

4Take out of pan and place in a baking dish.

5Pour a small amount of vinegar over roast, then put a small amount of black pepper over roast.

6Brown in a 400° oven.

7Serve hot or cold.
