- 2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (about 4 lb.)
- potatoes as desired
- winter squash as desired
- turnips as desired
- parsnips as desired
- carrots as desired
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper and mash to paste.

3Rub roast with herb garlic paste.

4Roast, uncovered, basting 2 or 3 times with pan juices, for 1 1/4 hours, adding vegetables as desired.

5Or wrap in heavy foil and cook on grill.
