- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon clove
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan with enough water to make mushy.

2Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally for 2 hours until water is evaporated.

3Note: Sometimes it is necessary to add a little more water, while the pork is cooking and just continue simmering until water has evaporated.

4Put in bowl and keep refrigerated.

5Serve in a sandwich, on crackers, or on toast.
