Pork Surprise

Directions

   Make a large slit in pork roast and add all ingredients except the noodles.

   Tie and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

   Cook noodles and drain, Remove roast; take out seasoning.

   Slice roast.

   Make a gravy with the seasoning and drippings enough for 1 cup finally, then add water if necessary.

   Allow it to settle in a small bowl, taking off any fat.

   Place meat on platter.

   Surround with noodles and pour gravy over noodles.

   Reheat in microwave for 10 minutes. Garnish with long slices of cooked carrots and fresh parsley. Garlic bread and jello top this meal off!
