  • 4 pounds Boneless Pork Roast
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry
  • 1 jar Herdez Salsa, Mild
  • Corn Tortillas, Fried
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream

Directions

    Place pork roast in slow cooker.

    Add water and then sprinkle roast with dry soup.

    Allow pork roast to cook on high until you can easily shred it with a fork, about 5 hours.

    Once the roast is cooked, remove from slow cooker and drain liquids.

    Shred pork roast and place back in slow cooker and add salsa.

    Allow pork roast and salsa to get warm, turning the slow cooker to low.

    Meanwhile, fry corn tortillas.

    When roast and salsa are hot, remove from slow cooker and place on tortillas.

    Add desired ingredients to create a taco.
