- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, bourbon and sugar.

2Mix well.

3Marinate pork in mixture for 2 to 3 hours.

4This can be baked in marinade, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour.

5Turn meat halfway through.

6Slice on diagonal.

7Or this is wonderful cooked on grill.

8Serve with horseradish sauce or Rothschild Raspberry Salsa.
