  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil

    Put tenderloin in a foil lined, rimmed baking sheet.

    Roast 18 min or til done to your preference.

    Broil each side 1 minute.
