- 6 pork chops
- rice for 8 (long grain rice)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can water
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- Crisco (pan spray)
Directions

1Prepare 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.

2Lay rice, uncooked, in pan.

3Set the oven for 350°.

4Dip pork chops in egg, then bread crumbs.

5Lightly brown on both sides.

6Prepare mushroom soup.

7Add can of mushrooms.

8Pour on rice in pan.

9Place gently fried pork chops on top of rice mixture.

10Cover with foil.

11Bake for 1 hour at 350° and then 3/4 hour at 250°.
