  • 12 slice Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 Apple (tart baking apples like Kogyoku)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Honey or sugar
  • 1 dash Soy sauce
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

Directions

    Remove the stem and core of the apple, then cut into 12 pieces.

    Wrap the apples with the pork.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook Step 2.

    Once the meat has cooked through, use a paper towel to sop up the remaining oil.

    Finally, add the butter and honey to Step 3, then pour in the soy sauce.

    Coat the pork in the sauce and serve.
