Ingredients
- 12 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 2 Atsuage (silken tofu)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 cm Japanese leek
- 1 Finely chopped green onion
Directions

1Make the aromatic sauce.

2Finely chop the ingredients, and mix with the ingredients.

3Cut each atsuage into 12 pieces.

4Cut each pork slice into half, and wrap each half-piece around a piece of atsuage.

5Coat the wrapped pieces with flour, and fry in oil until fragrant and browned.

6Drizzle on the sauce from step 1 and chopped green onions and it's done.

7You can chill this after adding the sauce.
