- 1 1/2 pound ground fresh pork
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 pieces dry bread
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Mix meat, onion, rice, egg, salt, pepper, and bread.

2Form into oblong balls and place in baking pan.

3Pour the water and the soup over them and bake 1 1/2 hours with cover on.

4Remove cover and brown for 15 minutes more.

5Serve with a green salad.
