Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean hamburger
  • 3/4 c. Minute rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 level tsp. salt
  • 1 small onion, chopped or instant minced onion
  • 1/2 ??? milk or just enough to make mixture hold together so balls won't fall apart
  • 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water and stirred until smooth
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • a little chopped or minced onion
  • salt to taste

    Add water, enough to cover meat balls.

    Pour over meat balls and bake in 375° oven for 1 hour or until done.
