- 1 lb. lean hamburger
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 level tsp. salt
- 1 small onion, chopped or instant minced onion
- 1/2 ??? milk or just enough to make mixture hold together so balls won't fall apart
- 1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1 can water and stirred until smooth
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- a little chopped or minced onion
- salt to taste
Directions

1Add water, enough to cover meat balls.

2Pour over meat balls and bake in 375° oven for 1 hour or until done.
