  • 500g (pot) low fat natural yoghurt
  • 390g (two pots) porridge oats
  • 2 tsp bread soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

    Mix ingredients. Add to greased baking tin. Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 50 minutes, then 10 more minutes out of the tin. Cool on a wire rack.
