- 2 (1 lb. 1 oz.) pitted Bing cherries
- 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 c. Port wine
- 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 large Cool Whip
Directions

1Drain cherries and oranges; reserve juices.

2Pour juices into 1-quart measuring cup and add enough water to make 6 cups liquid. Heat juices to boiling over medium heat.

3Add jello and stir well. Cool slightly and stir in wine.

4Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.

5Fold in fruit and nuts.

6Pour into mold. Grease pans with oil.
