  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup port wine
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped) (optional)

Directions

    In a small pan or saucepan heat butter over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic until tender.

    Stir in the cream and Port and heat gently.

    Pour over cooked chicken.
