- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup port wine
- 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped) (optional)
Directions

1In a small pan or saucepan heat butter over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic until tender.
