  • 1 low carb flour or wheat tortilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 2-3 Tbsp. low fat mozzaralla cheese shreaded
  • 1 tsp. marinated mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. jarred sweet pepper mix (chopped)

Directions

    Spread pizza sauce over tortilla. Spread remainder of ingredients over. Make 2 small turns to roll up then tuck in sides and finish rolling. Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Place in lunch bag with a frozen juice box to keep fresh.
