- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- rosemary, chopped to taste (or your favorite)
- basil, chopped to taste (or your favorite)
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Place the mushroom on a silpat lined baking sheet.

3Season with the herbs, salt and pepper then drizzle with a bit of olive oil.

4Carefully crack an egg in the cup of the mushroom.

5Bake for 10 minutes and continue baking until the egg is well set.
