- 3 cans pinto beans
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 10 to 15 large mushrooms, sliced
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 linguica
- 2 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine garlic vinegar
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 can beer
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 c. catsup
Directions

1Slice and saute linguica; add sirloin.

2Pour off fat.

3Saute onion, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic.

4Add to meat and let simmer.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6In a large slow cooker or stew pot, add all ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

7Add 5 to 6 slices of bacon in the last hour.
