- 5 lb. bag flour
- 7 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 7 c. sugar
- 7 large eggs
- 1 (1 oz.) bottle anise flavoring
- 1 (8 oz.) Casa Lopez cream of coconut
Directions

1Combine margarine, cream of coconut and anise flavoring.

2Beat eggs with sugar and add to mixture.

3Mix well.

4Add baking powder and salt to flour.

5Combine with first mixture and mix well.

6Roll dough into pencil strips and form into small rings.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

8Makes approximately 25 dozen.

9Store in airtight containers or freeze in Ziploc bags.
