Directions

   Combine cornstarch with 3/4 cup cold water.

   Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

   Stir hot water into cornstarch mixture.

   Cook over medium heat until mixture boils clear.

   Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture and soap flakes or detergent.

   Put in jars for different colors.

   Add color by using either food coloring, all-purpose dye or tempera paint.
