POSTUM Chewy Bars

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Mix flour, pecans, instant beverage, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

   Beat egg in small bowl.

   Add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla; mix well.

   Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.

   Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan.

   Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

   (Do not overbake.)

   Cool in pan on wire rack.

    Cut into 16 bars.

    Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
