  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 26 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1 small onion (use half)
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 12 ounces pasta shells (use half)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Boil shells according to package directions.

    Brown ground beef and onion until onion is tender and beef is cooked through.

    Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer until shells are done.

    When shells are done, drain and add them to the meat mixture, along with the cheeses and mushrooms.

    Salt and pepper to taste, and serve!
