- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. (6 1/2 oz. can) tuna
- 1 c. (8 oz. can) peas and carrots
- 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add onion and celery; cook until lightly browned.

3Blend in flour, salt and pepper to form smooth paste.

4Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

5Add cheese, tuna and vegetables; pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Top with biscuits and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
