- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt, pepper and flour
- oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Salt and pepper roast.

2Dredge in flour and brown.

4Layer with onions, pepper and mushrooms.

5Pour on liquid (water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce).

6Cover dish and bake at 275° to 300° for 2 to 3 hours.
