- 3 to 4 lb. pot roast
- 3 carrots, peeled and quartered
- 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt-free 17 seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 tsp. Season-All salt
Directions

1Mix soy sauce, Kitchen Bouquet and all seasonings.

2Rub evenly over roast.

3Chop and dice garlic.

4In large iron skillet or Dutch oven, cook garlic in cooking oil.

5Add onion and roast.

6Brown roast on all sides over medium heat.

7Add 1 cup of water and remaining ingredients.

8Cover tightly.

9Cook slowly in 325° oven for 2 hours or until tender.
