  • 1 lb. baby carrots
  • 5-6 medium potatoes washed, peeled, and quartered
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. oil or bacon drippings
  • flour
  • Cavender's seasoning

    Braze meat in hot oil in heavy skillet.
