- 5-6 medium potatoes washed, peeled, and quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. oil or bacon drippings
- flour
- Cavender's seasoning
Directions

1Rub seasoning into roast.

2Rub flour over roast, covering all surfaces.

3Braze meat in hot oil in heavy skillet.

4Place meat in slow cooker.
