- 5 lb. roast
- 10 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
Directions

1Brown roast in oven on broil, until brown all over.

2Put in a Dutch oven with 5 cups water, onion soup and celery flakes.

3Put in oven for 2 hours on 300°.

4Take out of oven; add potatoes, carrots and celery flakes.

5Put back in oven about 1 hour.
