  • 3 to 4 lb. beef roast (pot, sirloin tip, chuck)
  • 1 pkg. McCormicks meat marinade (original flavor)
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • meat tenderizer

Directions

    Cut roast 2 inches thick; pierce with fork.

    Sprinkle with tenderizer.

    Then coat meat with marinade; let set for 15 minutes. Grill on charcoal or gas grill.

    Slice into strips to serve. Taste like prime rib.
