- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of ginger
- 1/2 c. sherry or rice wine
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 bay leaves
Directions

1Brown meat on top of the stove in a large frying pan.

2Place browned meat and remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cover; lock and weight pressure cooker.

3Cook on high until pressure is up, then reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes.

4Let stand until pressure is reduced.
