  • 3 lb. beef bottom round or rump roast
  • 6 to 8 carrots, peeled
  • 6 to 8 onions, peeled
  • 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled

Directions

    Put the roast in a conventional oven at 350° for 2 hours. Potatoes take 1 hour, carrots and onions need 1/2 hour.

    (Use a roaster to accommodate everything.)

    When this pot roast is done cooking, remove from roaster onto large serving plate, then enjoy. Should serve 3 to 5 people.
