- 3 to 3 1/2 lb. rump roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 6 small new potatoes
- 4 or 5 small carrots
Directions

1Place onion soup mix in bottom of the roaster.

2On top of this, put the roast and pour in the mushroom soup and water.

3Cook on top of stove to a good steam, then lower heat and cook slow for 2 hours.

4Then remove top and add potatoes and carrots; simmer 30 minutes longer.

5Serve with rice and a green salad, to complete meal.
